I am Saswata Bag, a passionate researcher and innovator with expertise in developing cutting-edge solutions for industrial safety and environmental monitoring. My work focuses on building smart systems using Arduino, IoT, and sensor technology to address real-world challenges.

Dr. Subhendu Sekhar Bag (Father) — Professor in Department of Chemistry at IIT Guwahati and Head of the Central Instrument Facility (CIF). He is my true inspiration and guiding light in my research journey.
Aditi Bag (Mother) — She is my true inspiration and the foundation of my strength. Her unwavering support and encouragement have shaped who I am today.
Shreyasi Bag (Sister) — She is the person who motivates me always. Her constant encouragement and belief in my abilities drive me to push boundaries and achieve excellence.

- Design and Development of Smart Safety Helmet for the Detection of Accidents and Monitoring the Health: Monitors environmental conditions and provides automated emergency alerts for worker safety.
- Electromyography Controlled Wheelchair (Charaibeti): A hands-free mobility solution using electromyography sensors for disabled individuals.
- Smart IoT Bin: An IoT-based waste management system that automates waste detection and sends alerts when full.
- Tetris on Arduino: A fun and educational LED-based Tetris game on Arduino Mega.
- Smart Security Lock with Auto Attendance System & Auto Unwanted Access Stopper System: RFID and biometric-based smart lock for school attendance with unwanted access prevention. Features class-specific access control preventing students from entering different classrooms, exit limit restricting students after exceeding allowed exit-entry attempts, and teacher can access any classroom , ensuring complete safety and discipline
- Detection of Cyclone Patterns Using Satellite Data and AI/ML:Arduino-based weather station featuring anemometer, BMP pressure sensor, SD card data logging, and I2C LCD display. Collects local atmospheric data and predicts cyclone upon crossing tresh hold .
- Reaction Time Tester Using Arduino:Arduino-based device with LCD display prompting users to press a joystick button. Measures and displays precise reaction time in milliseconds for cognitive and reflex testing applications.
- A Cheap and User-friendly wastewater filter for application in Flood prone region to mitigate water crisis during emergency:Low-cost portable filtration system designed for disaster relief. Effectively purifies contaminated floodwater using locally available materials, ensuring safe drinking water during emergency situations.
